Extremely nice and made my experience very comfortable!!! My teeth feel cleaner than they ever have been!

On my first visit to Acton Road Dentistry, the staff was very friendly. The doctor and my hygienist
answered all of my questions. I had a great experience with my service!

I just had my first cleaning here at Acton and it was very refreshing coming into a clean and professional environment. My hygienist was very skilled and left me very happy and grateful I came. Would definitely recommend!

There is so much good to say about Acton Family Dentistry in Hoover. They have a lot of CF - Care Factor from everyone there. Today I was REALLY SUPRISED of that level of CF. My wife was pushing me to call, and I told her nothing probably could be done until next week with my schedule appointment. Was I wrong. So I called, and Kelly answered, she and Dr. Graham took the time to look into what could be done to address my specific needs. Many Thanks Kelly! and Dr. Graham! it is hard to find that level of CF in todays time.

I have not been to my appointment yet. This first review is solely regarding the ease of access regarding their online registration process. This has to be one of the BEST ways of registering I have ever experienced. It didnt take long to complete he online forms. Every question that could be asked is on the online forms. Then once completed I was able to download a copy of the form to make sure all information was correct. Hopefully when I reach my appointment all of the questions they will be asking has already been completed which will cut down on time filling out paper work. So far I am a very pleased patient!!!!!!

Today was my first visit to Acton Family Denistry and I will return for future dental wk. The staff was very professional and friendly and Jessica did a good job cleaning my teeth. Keep up the great customer service.

First decent dentist I've been to in the Birmingham area. The staff are all very nice and helpful, and it never feels like they are trying to pressure you into services that you don't want or need. Prices are very reasonable if you don't have insurance. Highly recommended!

I needed immediate attention for my tooth. They set an appointment for me. They were nice from start to finish. The receptionist that answered the phone to the staff member that helped find it. My nurse assistant and Dr. Lee very nice. I have not had a root canal and crown like this before. Dr Lee is very updated on everything. Nice atmosphere and they worked with me.

So I was referred to this clinic by Veterans Affairs. The first visit I fell in love. The entire staff is so sweet, adorable, professional, caring, thorough, & well trained. I love it there so much, I brought my entire family. They also are very safe and they screen for Covid. The wait time is FAST also. This is the perfect place for you and your family.

My old dentist retired and I needed a new one. These guys made me comfortable from the first visit, and were very careful and competent. They didn't even get mad when I freaked out a little and got all panicky about a cavity. Just calmly explained what the deal was and waited until my little freak-out was over, all smiles. Very kind folks. ;-)

Nice Experience
I hated going to the dentist. But when I needed to get my teeth,cleaned ect. This was where I went. I had to have 2 wisdom teeth done and they pulled them and I didnt even know it , huh ? Loool. They took there time and making sure everything that needed to be done was done and done with care! Great staff.

I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout my appointment. They are excellent dentists. I highly recommend this office!
